Online Group Economics Tutoring & Mentoring

I was really lucky to have snapped out of my previous poor decision making. Being the typical PCME student, the newest subject is A-Level JC Economics. I am the studious sort, so I do read my lecture notes promptly, and attempt the tutorials ahead of lessons with my school Econs tutor.
While this worked for the other subjects, it did not for my H2 Econs. While I managed ‘A’s and ‘B’s for my Physics, Chemistry and JC Maths, my Economics grades were always about ‘U’, ‘S’ and ‘E’ grades…...
Realising the need to get help, my mom signed me up for an Economics tuition group class near my house. Unfortunately, it did not turn out well, because, I got a ‘U’ grade for my JC1 Common Test.
That was when the problem became very clear. The private Econs teacher was very good in teaching us the content topics, but I was already quite good in the content knowledge. What I severely lacked was exam skills, especially the Econs essay answer techniques!
So when I was introduced by my BFF about the group lessons for Econs by Jack Tan, I decided to join it. However, due to my heavy involvement in my CCA (I was in the school’s hockey team), and my GP tuition lesson on Saturdays, there were time clashes and I could not join the classes…
That was when Mr Tan suggests I joined him online. He highlighted it is a good idea for me because:
1) I was quite good with my content knowledge, apart from the unusual sections such as Factor Immobility, Income Inequality, Market Structures.
2) My weekly time schedule is very tight, due to CCAs, other revision lesson for other JC subject(s), Sunday church and/or family time, etc.
3) Saves time on travelling, thus have more rest hours per week.
4) Only needs to improve quickly for exam skills for both case studies and essays for H2 Economics.
I really appreciate how Mr Jack Tan advised me NOT to sign up for his classroom lessons, due to my lack of time, and main need for exam answering skills. Instead, he said this online group lessons for Econs will suffice.
I’ve been in the on line group lesson since June. I have have completed my JC1 Promos Exams 2 weeks ago, and I secured a distinction for my Econs!!
In fact, both my essays were 18 and 20 respectively, out of 25 each!

JC Econs Online Group Tuition
So,are you facing a similar situation like Claire’s? Do the following apply to you:
1) You are fairly strong with your Economics content knowledge and topics. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being very poor, 10 being very bad, you can rate your own content as 6 and above if you are quite confident with your topical knowledge.
